Justin Cook is a master craftsman with more than 15 years of professional experience in fine woodworking, millwork, and residential renovation. His background spans custom cabinetry, precision-built architectural details, and high-quality finish carpentry, with a reputation for thoughtful design execution and exacting standards. As Lead Carpenter and Managing Partner at Tom Bell Cabinetry & Custom, Justin oversees craftsmanship and build quality across all projects, ensuring every space reflects durability, beauty, and meticulous attention to detail.

Tom Bell Cabinetry & Custom was founded by Justin in 2016 and named after his two children, Thomas & Bella. He and his wife were blessed to welcome a third child, Olivia, in 2024.

Matt Miller serves as Managing Partner, leading the operational and business functions of Tom Bell Cabinetry & Custom. His responsibilities include sales strategy, client relations, estimating, project scheduling, marketing, and financial oversight. With a focus on systems, efficiency, and clear communication, Matt ensures that projects are delivered smoothly from initial consultation through completion—providing clients with a professional, organized, and dependable renovation experience.
